Section 36, 11 km
You walk through productive forest land interspersed with flat rocks to Dammkärr, where the Sörmlandsleden trail branches into another circular route. We recommend that you take the southern stretch. It is longer and more difficult to walk, but offers magnificent views over archipelago and sea. You meet civilization by way of a working fisherman and pass Pryssgården small-scale housing development along the riparian reed zone towards Nävekvarn, where you find both restaurant and groceries. Here you can shorten the route by walking section 37:1-2 straight to section 42, but in doing so you miss a lot of the beautiful and very sparsely populated coast.
Section start: Forest road by inflow to the river Näveån.
